Acceptance
By using this site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Rahvion provides residential remote IT support only, including Windows support, software assistance, security guidance, optimization, setup, and training.
Residential Scope Limitation
Rahvion provides residential remote support ONLY. We do not offer business/commercial support, server or network infrastructure services, hardware repairs, data recovery, on-site visits, BIOS/firmware changes, or overclocking under any circumstance.
Payment
Prices are in USD and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel anytime. Prepaid fees are not refundable.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Venue is Baltimore, Maryland.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rahvion's liability is capped at the fees the client paid during the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify Rahvion for misuse or unauthorized changes.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as-is" without a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Remote Access Consent
By booking support, the client authorizes temporary remote access for the support session only.
Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated with 30 days written notice.
Intellectual Property
Rahvion retains ownership of its tools, scripts, and processes.
General Terms
Force majeure, entire agreement, and amendment provisions apply as permitted by law.
