We may collect your name, email, phone number, payment information processed by Stripe, device or system data during remote sessions, and website usage data through cookies. Rahvion never stores full card numbers.
How We Use It
We use information to provide IT services, process payments, respond to inquiries, and improve our site.
Remote Session Data
During support, we may access your device with your permission. We do not copy, retain, or transmit your personal files. Sessions are encrypted. You can end any session at any time.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Rahvion does not store full card data. Review Stripe's privacy policy.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers, such as Stripe and hosting providers, as needed to operate.
Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws, including Maryland MODPA and CCPA where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or an opt-out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. Email Helpdesk@rahvion.com. We respond within 45 days.
Data Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, MFA, and access controls.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
