Acceptance criteria

Deduplication and enrichment operate on five agreed alert families. Every automated recommendation is logged. Failed automation returns the ticket to a human-owned queue.

Exclusions

No unapproved destructive remediation, no undocumented credential handling, no replacement of the PSA/RMM, and no unsupported vendor integrations outside the agreed scope.

Safeguards

Approval gates, explicit rollback paths, ticket-level logging, access review, and escalation to a human-owned queue when automation fails.
