Acceptance criteria

Evidence packages are generated for ten agreed controls. Failed collections create a ticket instead of silently passing. Exceptions retain source, reason, and reviewer status.

Exclusions

No production remediation, no legal attestation, no guarantee of audit passage, no credential collection through public forms, and no regulated exports submitted by website.

Safeguards
